Our Values

Singapore's Banana Leaf Restaurant, at The Farmers Market, at 3rd and Fairfax was created eighteen years ago by Isaac, Diana, and Michael Gazal. Having grown up in Singapore, Isaac and Diana wanted to bring the exciting and delicious flavors of Singapore to Los Angeles. Using recipes handed down through their family generations and then adapted to the discriminating tastes of today, a selection of dishes including curries, soups, salads, and deserts will please the most experienced pallet.
