Chef Behzad Khan hails from Karachi, Pakistan from a family that traces its origins to India and further back to Afghanistan. After graduating from the prestigious Culinary & Hospitality Institute of Chicago, Chef Khan spent years further honing his skills in some of the best restaurants in Chicago.
