About Dave's Gourmet Burgers & More I am Chef Dave, a self-taught chef who has experience working at different restaurants around the world. Throughout my life, I have owned four restaurants and catered to thousands. I am specialized in Gourmet Burgers, Greek and Indian cuisines. I prepare everything in house and love serving people in the Capital Region since 2009. I have worked in Sri Lanka, Singapore, Hong Kong, Turkey, Greece, and of course now in the US.
