Chef Charles Blake born and raised in Spanish town, Jamaica began his journey to becoming a chef and restauranteur when he was just a child. The youngest of four boys, he learned how to cook following his mother around the kitchen. he landed his first cooking job when he was just 14 years of age at Jewels Restaurant and Resort in Portmore. he worked there a little over a year before he and his family moved to the New York in 1994.
