Nabil Haloom is the owner of Haloom Cuisine. He started this business in order to share his traditional food from his own country Lebanon with different kinds of people in Garfield, New Jersey. Also, he wanted to start the first Mediterranean restaurant in this town and have them enjoy and get familiar with different traditions.
