Our Values

We are Techies, who craved the immaculate flavors of the street food and dhabas (roadside eateries) from Northern India, the chaats, fresh-baked breads and grilled meats and vegetables from the Tandoor. The sizzle of colorful spices as they are tempered (called tadka) and then added to the curries. This is our humble attempt to bring the experience of Tadka and Tandoori cooking to the silicon valley.
