When owner and executive chef Mike Assadi opened the doors to 1001 Nights in December 2015, it was the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. He wanted to provide a place to gather, relax and have fun. “We’ve never had a place like this around me in Arizona, with singers and dancers and Persian food.” he smiles. “I want people come home here after a long day of work like they have found an oasis.”
